    买卖二手集装箱严格按照以下条款执行：

    TERMS OF SALE: 1.Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to buy the Containers as described in this document,"AS IS,WHERE IS",with all faults. 2.Buyer shall pick up Containers from Seller’s nominated place. 3.Once Buyer picks up containers from Seller’s nominated place,Buyer shall immediately remove all of Seller’s decals,serial numbers and consolidated data plate from each container and remove Seller’s name from the container ownership plate. 4.Buyer is responsible for and shall pay any customs duty,value-added tax,sales or use tax,penalties,or other duty or tax to which the containers may be subject.For containers in the United States,Buyer shall comply with applicable U.S. treasury directives and regulation 5.At the time of sale,the containers shall not be cleared for Customs purposes in the country where the containers are located and therefore continue to be subject to the temporary import relief regime,as specifically provided for international Container traffic. The containers are sold on the condition that the Buyer agrees to use the Containers solely for international freight transport.If the buyer subsequently decides to import the Containers for local use into country of sale,then,the Buyer agrees that it will act as importer of record and will be responsible for all fees and taxes as identified in clause 4.Buyer shall be responsible for and shall pay any import value-added tax,custom duty or other taxes identified in clause 4,assessed as a result of the importation of the Containers. 6.In addition to the above import value-added tax and custom duty under clause 5,Buyer is responsible for and shall pay any sales or use tax or other duty or tax to which the Containers may be subject upon sale and importation.For Containers in the United States.
